What you will do

• Gather and document requirements for retail and POS system enhancements and new features
• Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams
• Prepare configuration guidelines for retail and POS solutions
• Support development and testing phases to ensure requirements are met
• Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate retail needs into technical specs
• Identify gaps in existing retail and POS functionalities and propose improvements
• Ensure security and compliance in solution design
• Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams

Requirements

• English and Italian fluent
• 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst with focus on retail and POS projects
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement for retail and POS systems
• Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases
• Experience in business transformation or digitalization projects in retail sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Adaptability in multicultural environments
