What you will do
- Own and manage the backlog for 10–20 major meta systems, including progression, economy, social systems, and LiveOps.
- Define priorities and roadmap goals across quarterly cycles.
- Coordinate workflows between System Game Designers and Feature Owner Game Designers.
- Align meta-game decisions with core gameplay and other product verticals.
- Negotiate scope and technical feasibility with development teams and the Meta Producer.
- Analyze post-release performance and define measurable success criteria for delivered features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in mobile F2P or live-service projects.
- Experience managing backlogs for large-scale meta systems.
- Ability to break down complex systems into features and epics.
- Proficiency in reading GDDs and technical documentation.
- Experience defending scope with stakeholders and negotiating estimates.
- Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Yerevan or Tbilisi
Nice to have
- Expertise in economy, progression, social systems, or LiveOps.
- Basic analytics knowledge, such as SQL and dashboards.
- Experience shipping live products as a Product Owner.
