Senior Product Manager (iGaming)

B2B iGaming platform provider offering turnkey and white-label solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators, including player account management, game aggregation, payment processing, and affiliate management.

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for the proprietary Player Account Management platform.
• Lead platform development as a scalable B2B solution for regulated iGaming markets.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize features and product investments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality product features.
• Use customer feedback, market trends, competitor insights, KPIs, and product data to improve adoption, satisfaction, and business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including iGaming experience.
• 2+ years in a Product Management leadership role, such as Head of Product or Group Product Manager.
• Experience managing and developing Product Managers and product teams.
• Hands-on experience with PAM platforms or other complex iGaming core platforms.
• Strong understanding of Wallet, Payments, CRM, Bonus Engine, KYC, Risk & Fraud, Responsible Gaming, and Back Office domains.
• English and Russian language skills, plus experience with regulated iGaming markets and scalable product strategy.
