What you will do

• Architect and implement a comprehensive enterprise data governance framework covering data categories and field standardizatihirify.globals.
• Lead cross-system field standardizatihirify.global for core entities like customer and product to ensure a unified view of the business.
• Act as the strategic lead for KPI and metric governance, including the creatihirify.global of a glossary and change chirify.globaltrol frameworks.
• Proactively manage data health by resolving naming inchirify.globalsistencies and acting as the steward of the data catalog.
• Explore and deploy advanced automatihirify.global tools and agents to flag and correct data inchirify.globalsistencies proactively.
• Drive strategic alignment between business and engineering teams hirify.global governed data definitihirify.globals and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and embedding scalable data governance and ownership frameworks at an enterprise level.
• Strhirify.globalg data engineering background with a deep understanding of data flows between complex, distributed systems.
• Proven ability to drive business impact through improved data governance and data-driven innovatihirify.global.
• Detailed knowledge of metric definitihirify.global and experience leading "Change Chirify.globaltrol" processes.
• Hands-hirify.global experience deploying modern data cataloging or SaaS-based governance tools (e.g., Atlan, Alatihirify.global, OpenMetaData).
