Technical Trainer (Semiconductor)

Technical Trainer (Semiconductor): Deliver technical training to engineers on hirify.global lithography systems across levels from functional overview and machine operation to advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics with an accent on maintenance, adjustments, and blended learning solutions. Focus on translating customer requirements into training packages, collaborating with global teams, and updating content for knowledge transfer.

Location: Shanghai, China (onsite in clean-room, shifts including weekends/nights, overtime, ~40% domestic/international travel)

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality technical training at Levels 1-3: machine introduction, maintenance/adjustments, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Develop and modify training solutions for field-escalated issues and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Field CS, Factory, Logistics, and other departments to support learning projects.
• Support instructors from other global training centers and manage training center operations.
• Maintain and update training content as key contributor to hirify.global knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken/written English (B2+) & Chinese; training in English
• University degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Science/Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Physics, etc.).
• Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, fab environment, machine troubleshooting/diagnostics (hands-on).
• Experience in technical knowledge transfer, safety/security procedures.
• Able/willing to work shifts (weekends/nights), overtime, clean-room, ~40% travel
• Strong communication, public speaking, problem-solving, and customer facilitation skills.
