What you will do

• Build and ship native Android launchers, including home screens, app grids, folders, and widgets.
• Integrate Unity games into the launcher using Unity-as-a-Library as an embedded Activity in a separate process.
• Architect a modular, reusable launcher platform to efficiently power multiple product variants.
• Optimize home-screen performance, ensuring fast response times and disciplined memory management.
• Implement monetization features via AdMob and Unity Ads while maintaining Google Play policy compliance.
• Leverage AI-native tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development, refactoring, and debugging.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building high-quality, large-scale Android applications.
• Native Turkish speaker and fluent in English.
• Expertise in Kotlin, Coroutines, Dagger, and MVVM/Clean Architecture.
• Hands-on experience developing custom Android launchers or home-screen replacements.
• Deep experience with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
• Knowledge of Android Overlay, WorkManager, Profiler, and ANR analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with App-lock, privacy, or security utility applications.
• Unity or game-development exposure beyond simple integration.
• Experience with QR/barcode scanning or reward-based product logic.
• Familiarity with APK/AAB size optimization.
