What you will do
- Execute daily workforce and resource management processes including hiring, internal moves, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain headcount tracking and staffing plans in alignment with approved budgets.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of workforce data across systems of record.
- Prepare recurring workforce reports on headcount, hiring activity, and vacancies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Business Management, and Recruiting teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, HR operations, or business analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for handling structured data.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of headcount, staffing, and workforce budgeting concepts.
- Experience in large, global, or matrix organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or technology multinational environments.
- Familiarity with workforce management, HR, or vendor management systems.
- Experience with Power BI, AI/agentic tools, or data visualization platforms.
- Interest in process improvement and reporting standardization.
