Customer Support Specialist (Cloud/CDN)

What you will do

• Provide first-line support for customers and internal users via chat and email in English.
• Consult users on products including Cloud, CDN, Hosting, and AI services.
• Perform technical diagnostics to resolve issues and collect incident information.
• Forward complex technical incidents to higher levels of support when necessary.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
• Proficiency in hardware and software diagnostics, including reading logs.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Based in Poland.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer advocacy skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting.
• Experience with Linux and API.
