Location: Hybrid (London/Osterley) — requires 2 days a week onsite

What you will do

• Own and drive a defined product area, managing the roadmap, priorities, and feature development.
• Translate high-level vision into clear product direction and actionable roadmaps.
• Lead product discovery activities to understand user needs and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to refine features and support delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to shape requirements and optimize user experience.
• Make prioritization decisions balancing stakeholder needs and delivery constraints.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analyst roles with feature ownership.
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
• Ability to translate concepts into structured product directions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify workflow improvement opportunities.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Osterley campus 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working in AdTech, Media, or Broadcast industries.
• Exposure to product discovery practices.
• Experience working on front-end or user-facing products.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
