What you will do

• Build, own, and maintain combinatorial optimization algorithms for employee scheduling.
• Develop and maintain machine learning models for the Energy Intelligence Platform.
• Perform data preparation, interpretation, analysis, and visualization.
• Conduct data analysis to monitor and evaluate the quality of optimization results.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers through brainstorming and code reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI implementation within day-to-day activities.
• Ability to set up AI infrastructure from scratch.
• Proficient coding skills and excellent analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams.
