What you will do

• Optimize customer data management processes to support CRM tools, online growth, and AI-enablement.
• Draft and update essential policies, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Enhance data quality by conducting checks and resolving discrepancies in customer data.
• Visualize procedures through process maps and flowcharts for global teams.
• Assist in delivering masterclasses and training sessions on customer data management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and design surveys to improve user experience.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business IT, Management, Administration, Communication, or Logistics.
• Must be an HBO/WO student.
• Available from September 1st for a minimum of 6 months.
• Strong social skills and ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in data quality, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
