Regional Programme Intern (Northern Europe)

Regional Programme Intern (Northern Europe): Supporting Membership team in building community events, activations, and membership projects across Netherlands hubs with an accent on operational coordination, event strategy, and stakeholder communication. Focus on auditing event executions, curating ambassador programmes, researching markets, and tracking project deadlines.

Location: Onsite at Amsterdam headquarters with travel to Netherlands locations. Must be legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Act as first point of contact for Event, Community Managers, and Regional Programming Managers on questions and event requests
• Attend community events across Netherlands locations, audit execution, and provide bi-monthly insights
• Support curation of events strategy and ambassador programme
• Track deadlines, take notes, and conceptualize monthly event reports for Membership team
• Research market offerings and competitor propositions
• Assist with development, communication, and refinement of events and memberships projects

Requirements

• Enrolled in University or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO) as a student
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands; available full-time 40 hours/week
• Available to work from Amsterdam Support Hub and travel within Netherlands
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and understanding of event management processes
• Entrepreneurial spirit, eagerness for project management development, passion for hospitality, strong problem-solving, and ability to work independently
