What you will do

• Clean, process, and retarget captured performance data to digital character rigs.
• Collaborate with directors, animators, and tech artists to refine performance quality.
• Integrate final animations into the game engine.
• Troubleshoot mocap rigs and markers to maintain production flow.
• Ensure all animation assets meet the project's artistic and technical standards.
• Provide constructive critique and mentor other team members during reviews.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Animator on at least one published AAA console title.
• Extensive proficiency with MotionBuilder and Maya.
• Proven expertise with mocap cleanup tools.
• Deep understanding of human anatomy, creature mechanics, and core animation principles.
• Proven experience working within Unreal Engine 5.
