What you will do
- Create vibrant and interesting characters with distinct personalities.
- Develop high-quality, game-ready characters from scratch.
- Collaborate with concept and craft leaders to ensure art direction is met.
- Innovate and improve character art workflows and production quality.
- Coordinate with external studios to ensure consistent asset delivery.
Requirements
- Proficiency in organic and hard surface modelling.
- Experience building game-ready characters from scratch.
- Ability to iterate and improve work based on feedback.
- Strong knowledge of software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Zbrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, or Blender.
- Experience using Unreal Engine for character art.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of human anatomy.
- Technical knowledge of deformation, rendering, and shading.
- Prior experience working in the video games industry.
