What you will do

• Triage software issues in a fast-paced environment for Command for Hauling software.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of integrated systems.
• Prioritize issues based on risk, customer impact, and other critical metrics.
• Identify mitigations to maintain development and validation progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global delivery teams across multiple systems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and issue resolution.
• Experience in system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex integrated systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with global teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite at Tucson Proving Grounds in Green Valley, AZ.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with Command for Hauling systems and operations.
• Degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Robotics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and scripting languages for root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with system verification and validation methods.
