Location: Onsite in Washington, DC

Salary: $200,000–$230,000

What you will do

• Consult on legal issues related to CSOSA service and supply contracts and draft specialized contract clauses and service level agreements.
• Provide full-spectrum legal services for litigation before administrative tribunals including EEOC, MSPB, and FLRA, as well as State and Federal Courts.
• Manage pretrial preparation, identify witnesses, and develop comprehensive case analyses and settlement recommendations.
• Develop and conduct annual ethics training for staff and oversee the collection and review of financial disclosure reports.
• Advise on Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act matters, drafting complex legal opinions regarding information releases.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license authorizing practice in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing law in a government agency or the private sector.
• Experience in at least two areas: government contracts, employment and labor law, FOIA, Privacy Act, Torts, Litigation, or Ethics.
• Prior litigation experience presenting or defending cases before federal courts or administrative tribunals.
• Work Arrangement: Onsite in Washington, DC.
