What you will do

• Enforce safety and environmental regulations across the department.
• Direct and coordinate production activities of assemblers, inspectors, fabricators, and operators.
• Plan work schedules, assignments, and sequences to meet production goals and adapt to changes.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects; monitor operations for standards compliance.
• Train employees on equipment, safety procedures, and interpret specifications/blueprints.
• Analyze production data, communicate order status, and prepare recovery action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Healthcare, Telecom, Fabrication, Electrical Power preferred).
• Location: Reynosa, Mexico; must be legally authorized to work (no sponsorship).
• Bilingual 80% English-Spanish preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge in production processes, mechanical systems, administration, HR principles, and engineering applications.
