What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of the Quality strategy across multiple plants and supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and international certifications (GFSI, FSSC 22000, ISO).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through methodologies such as Lean, IWS, and Six Sigma.
• Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks, trends, and implement data-driven corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop senior Quality leaders to build sustainable, high-performing teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Food, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in leadership roles within Quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the food and/or beverage industry, ideally in high-risk categories.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems: HACCP, ISO 9001 / 22000, and GFSI standards.
• Proven track record in driving transformation initiatives and leading regulatory audits.
• English: Advanced bilingual level (C2) proficiency required.
