What you will do

• Lead advanced AI research and applied innovation to shape the future of the hirify.global Business Platform.
• Identify, prototype, and validate new capabilities in Generative AI, agentic systems, reasoning, and orchestration.
• Translate successful research and prototypes into scalable platform capabilities.
• Influence the multi-year technical vision and roadmap for AI/ML platform capabilities.
• Drive key architectural and technical decisions to improve platform extensibility, scalability, and reuse.
• Mentor team members and establish rigorous standards for AI experimentation and evaluation.

Requirements

• MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience building and scaling advanced AI, ML, or platform capabilities in industry or research environments.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, agentic systems, LLM systems, MLOps, or AI infrastructure.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala with experience in production-grade systems.
• Experience developing AI/ML capabilities on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven track record of solving highly complex technical problems across multiple organizations.
