What you will do

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and CMM reports to determine workpiece dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, tools, attachments, and materials on machines.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust controls as required.
• Verify finished workpieces against specifications to ensure full conformance.
• Perform trial runs to validate machine settings or programmed control data.
• Execute machine recovery procedures in the event of tool damage or system faults.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Russellville, AR.
• Ability to read, write, and verbalize instructions in English.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Experience with PLC or CNC operations (preferred).
