What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for practitioners and pharmacy partners, resolving operational and technical inquiries.
• Monitor and manage consult queues to ensure smooth operations within established target guidelines.
• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using low-code tools to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Deliver end-to-end automation projects from brief to production, iterating based on performance data and feedback.
• Take full ownership of dedicated operational functions, such as payments, timesheets, or practitioner onboarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Support, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or telehealth.
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify process gaps and measure impact.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with AI-powered automation, including prompt engineering or NLP concepts.
