What you will do

• Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve system-related inquiries.
• Maintain clean, structured data across pricing workflows and develop controlled processes and templates.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase system accuracy and reduce manual workloads.
• Participate in working sessions to align data and troubleshoot system issues.
• Create and maintain process documentation for training and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a Business-related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with ERP or CRM systems.
• Experience with Infor Visual ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with the distribution, tooling, or manufacturing industries.
• Understanding of basic data logic and system workflows.

Nice to have

• Background in AI applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and structured data management.
