What you will do

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of test solutions from concept to deployment and sustaining.
• Define technical requirements and engagement strategies with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Translate customer and business needs into engineering strategies and execution plans.
• Provide technical leadership across mechanical, thermal, and electrical domains for scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate custom, semi-custom, and industry-standard test solutions.
• Drive cross-functional teams on timelines, identify risks, and contribute to technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Applied Physics
• 10+ years experience leading teams in semiconductor test solution development and deployment into manufacturing
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering (mechanical, thermal, electrical).
• Strong communication skills for articulating vision to customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ability to synthesize complex challenges into strategies and drive accountability.
