What you will do

• Design and develop computer vision algorithms and flight software for lunar missions.
• Conduct unit-level and integration testing of computer vision software modules.
• Integrate CV software into vehicle production baselines.
• Develop automation and tooling to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.
• Support the GN&C subsystem through the full lifecycle, from definition and design to verification and mission operations.

Requirements

• M.S. degree in Aerospace, Robotics, or related Engineering fields.
• 1+ years of experience in vision-based navigation software development.
• Proficiency with Robotics and Computer Vision applications.
• Experience with camera hardware, calibration, and real-time embedded software in C++ or Rust.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.

Nice to have

• Experience with orbital dynamics, spaceflight mechanics, and rendezvous proximity operations.
• Knowledge of Terrain Relative Optical Navigation and Vision Based Navigation algorithms.
• Familiarity with NASA NPR 7150.2D or FAA DO-178C software standards.
• Experience with NASA simulation tools (Trick, JEOD, cFS).
• Proficiency in C, C++, Rust, or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD, Gitlab, and Docker.
