FPnA Analyst

TL;DR

FPnA Analyst (Finance): Analyze financial information and business trends to develop reconciliations, financial reports, and variance explanations with an accent on compliance, data integrity, and process improvements. Focus on building budgets, forecasts, and management reports to support decision-making and operational performance.

Location: Israel, Kiryat-Gat (onsite presence required at least 4 days a week)

What you will do

• Create and analyze financial information, reconciliations, reports, and variance explanations.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and periodic management reports for business units.
• Evaluate accounting standards and recommend solutions for compliance.
• Lead process improvements in month-end close and reporting cycles, including automation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for cost variances and provide actionable insights.
• Support decision-making for leaders, project teams, and operational groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and modeling tools with strong analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
