What you will do

• Record transactions into the bookkeeping file accurately and timely in accordance with accounting policies.
• Manage partner and donor agreements, ensuring spending aligns with donor restrictions.
• Review partner financial reports for compliance and verify supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and ad hoc analyses for various stakeholders.
• Monitor budget vs actuals and support budget design and implementation.
• Process payments to suppliers and recurrent expenditures following internal authorization procedures.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the non-profit sector or UN Agencies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with financial systems.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage high workloads under tight deadlines.
