What you will do

• Analyze and design application solutions and test strategies across all SDLC phases.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases to identify system breaking points and ensure optimal coverage.
• Design and develop automated test suites for functional, security, and performance testing.
• Execute scalable test cycles, report defects, and track them to resolution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting during incident management.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to ensure software is secure, performant, and resilient.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Government of Canada Secret (Level I) clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• 3-5 years of automation testing experience.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience with test automation tools including Selenium, JMeter, and Junit.
• Working knowledge of server-side web development in Java EE and Spring Boot.

Nice to have

• Experience with security testing standards and tools such as OWASP ZAP.
• Comfortable with cloud-based infrastructure solutions, including Azure.
• Experience with Docker and Ansible.
• Experience with Linux/Unix based systems.
