What you will do

Manage production teams under Production Manager, focusing on planning, executing, and improving operations and assembly lines.
Monitor and enhance Total Production Efficiency (TPE), key component manufacturing, and overall performance metrics.
Communicate daily with schedulers, team leads, engineers, logistics, and stores to meet deadlines and ship products on time.
Conduct disciplinary meetings, return-to-work interviews, performance reviews, training needs assessments, and employee engagement.
Drive leadership to hit production targets, manage recruitment, quality, health & safety, and employee relations.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years supervision experience in production/manufacturing environment; at least 4 years in supervisory role.
Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
Recognized mechanical or electrical qualification.
Proven leadership in achieving production targets and working with industry KPIs.
Strong people management skills including training, performance assessment, dispute resolution, and engagement.
Health & safety awareness in factory settings; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
