What you will do

• Define multi-year data security strategy and roadmap aligned with regulations like GDPR, CPRA, SOC 2, ISO 27001.
• Design secure data architectures for Databricks, SQL Server, AWS S3, and data flows with security by design.
• Lead data-based threat modeling to analyze data locations, access, encryption, and lifecycle risks.
• Develop governance policies, standards, data classification, ownership models, RBAC/ABAC controls.
• Manage compliance, risk assessments, audits, and remediation plans for security findings.
• Evaluate security technologies like DLP and provide guidance to data security team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, 5+ in data security architecture/governance.
• Experience with AWS data security solutions and Databricks (Unity Catalog, PrivateLink, etc.).
• Expertise in GDPR, CPRA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 compliance.
• Proven threat modeling leadership and policy development skills.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, AWS Certified Security.
