Salary: $170,000 - $265,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of hirify.global IGA solutions including JML, certifications, and access requests.
• Design scalable and secure identity workflows aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Lead design and troubleshooting of integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, and HR systems like Workday.
• Provide technical oversight to system integrators and partners, reviewing deliverables and testing outcomes.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and performance problems.
• Support production readiness, go-live activities, and root cause analysis for incidents.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.
• 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance (IGA).
• 4+ years of hands-on hirify.global implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in hirify.global workflows, rules, APIs, and connectors.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with senior engineers and architects.
• Experience integrating hirify.global with enterprise and cloud applications.

Nice to have

• hirify.global certifications (L200/L300/L400 or equivalent).
• Experience in large-scale enterprise IGA transformations.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC, or ISO.
• Experience working in AWS-based enterprise environments.
