AI Native Sr. Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Use AI tools to synthesize customer feedback, analyze competitors, generate PRDs/specs/mockups, query datasets, extract insights from interviews, and prototype concepts.
• Own strategic roadmap for assigned product area, prioritizing AI-driven transformative value and architectural capabilities.
• Translate customer signals into decisions, lead full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration, and execute with engineering and GTM teams.
• Ship iteratively with early user feedback loops and data-driven improvements.
• Maintain fluency in AI product landscape and evolve/share AI toolkit organization-wide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in software/SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in PM workflow and experience shipping AI/ML product capabilities with production deployment preferred.
• Experience with engineering on AI/ML systems including model integration and evaluation pipelines.
• Working understanding of foundation models, AI patterns (RAG, agentic workflows, embeddings, fine-tuning), APIs, cloud, data pipelines.
• Revenue fluency, analytical skills, strong communication, cross-functional leadership, high autonomy.
