Compensation: $18.80–$28.30 hourly

What you will do

• Install smart WiFi-enabled thermostats and assist customers with app-based program enrollment.
• Provide emergency and support services to demand response customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with installations per client specifications.
• Act as on-site representative to encourage program participation and overcome barriers.
• Travel throughout a defined territory to perform audits and verifications.
• Support program managers in promoting energy efficiency retrofits.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Customer-service focus and strong interpersonal skills
• 6 months–1 year of relevant industry experience (preferred)
• High school diploma required
• Meet DOT requirements if applicable
• Willingness to travel in defined territory
