What you will do

• Enhance and maintain test automation frameworks to support new features and efficiency.
• Analyze test results, failures using logs, metrics, and system knowledge.
• Develop QA strategies, report quality indicators, and create test specifications from requirements.
• Develop automated test scripts in Python and perform failure analysis on automated/embedded tests.
• Support complex bug analysis and verification within project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in software testing or QA.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and functional/non-functional testing.
• Hands-on experience with agile environments, Python programming, and Android platforms.
• Excellent communication in English and Japanese.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, and structured work approach with prioritization.
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of speech applications or recognition testing.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM.
• Familiarity with ASPICE quality standards.
