What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and optimize ML and AI solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Build multi-agent systems and implement RAG to ground AI responses in enterprise data.
• Create and optimize agentic workflows and function-calling capabilities for AI models.
• Evaluate and iterate on LLM performance using specific metrics and evaluation sets.
• Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality production code.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and reasoning patterns.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts, probability, and linear algebra.
• Must be based in Singapore.
