Base Pay Range: Zone 1 $94,000–$110,000 USD; Zone 2 $82,000–$97,000 USD; Zone 3 $73,000–$86,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, implement, and execute control testing programs to evaluate internal controls and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee data stream ingestion with QA reviews and validation for accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor supervisory oversight to ensure reviews and approvals follow policies.
• Investigate system anomalies, document defects, and collaborate with engineering and product teams on resolutions.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs, SLAs, and comprehensive reports for leadership and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field + 3 years in Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or Quality Assurance.
• Deep familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks and policy management in FinTech or regulated industries.
• Strong analytical problem-solving to analyze data sets, validate ingestion, and derive insights.
• Client-facing experience presenting findings and delivering reports.
• Excellent communication skills + proficiency in issue-tracking, reporting tools, and testing frameworks.
