Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel) - 3 days office / 2 days remote

What you will do

• Lead quality strategy across teams, defining testing approaches across various layers.
• Establish and drive quality standards, including the Definition of Done and CI expectations.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics to provide visibility into overall system health.
• Lead cross-team quality efforts, focusing on integrations, shared flows, and high-risk zones.
• Guide development teams in test design and coverage to promote strong internal quality ownership.
• Promote the effective and responsible use of AI in testing and continuous improvement of quality practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Web-oriented QA experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a QA Lead or Tech Lead role.
• Strong understanding of modern testing approaches (shift-left, CI/CD, test pyramid).
• Ability to influence design and identify gaps early in the development lifecycle.
• Strong system thinking and capacity to manage cross-team dependencies.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
• Experience in backend and API testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with relational databases.
