What you will do

• Design and drive the end-to-end QA strategy and quality culture focused on defect prevention.
• Own release quality decisions (go/no-go) and establish automated quality gates.
• Lead the development of E2E, API, and integration test automation within CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and track critical quality metrics including defect leakage, coverage, and MTTR.
• Manage QA/Sandbox environments and implement production safety mechanisms such as feature flags and rollbacks.
• Build and scale the QA team structure and operating model.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Fintech, specifically payments, banking, e-money, or high-risk systems.
• Strong proficiency in test automation, CI/CD, and building proactive quality systems.
• Advanced understanding of distributed systems and complex E2E flows.
• Practical experience with modern QA tooling and AI-assisted workflows.
