Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; up to 30% global travel to partner sites, developing-country settings, and meetings.

Salary: $262,200–$406,400 USD annually for Seattle and Washington, D.C. locations.

What you will do

  • Lead a portfolio of investments and partnerships addressing heavy menstrual bleeding and other high-burden gynecologic conditions in low- and middle-income countries.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert on gynecologic causes of heavy menstrual bleeding, anemia, vaginal dysbiosis, and related conditions.
  • Identify investment opportunities, manage grantee relationships, and ensure portfolio outputs and impact.
  • Collaborate with data teams and external partners to assess disease burden, treatment efficacy, access barriers, and evidence gaps.
  • Support development of evidence-based treatment guidelines, policies, and new tools for heavy menstrual bleeding and anemia.
  • Lead clinical assessment and development of point-of-care AI-guided ultrasound for gynecologic use cases.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree, such as an MD and/or PhD, in gynecology or an adjacent field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in women's health product development, gynecologic research, and/or clinical gynecology care.
  • Experience assessing and treating heavy menstrual bleeding, bacterial vaginosis, and other priority gynecologic conditions.
  • Experience designing and implementing clinical trials for product development.
  • Strong ability to assess epidemiological, population, and clinical trial data and translate technical knowledge into investment strategies.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills across NGOs, industry, academia, private-sector organizations, and professional societies.

Nice to have

  • Experience in product development, research, or clinical care in low- and middle-income countries.
  • Understanding of low- and middle-income-country healthcare systems.
  • Knowledge of global health networks and professional societies such as FIGO.
