Senior Hardware Engineer

What you will do

• Lead design and development of high-speed digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics for networking products.
• Own full hardware lifecycle from concept and schematics through layout, bring-up, validation, and production.
• Perform board-level design including component selection, high-speed interfaces (Ethernet, SERDES), power distribution, EMC/EMI, and signal integrity.
• Guide PCB layout reviews and collaborate with layout engineers and manufacturers.
• Develop and execute validation and reliability test plans; troubleshoot issues in bring-up, manufacturing, and field.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration with firmware, software, mechanical, and systems teams.
• Support regulatory compliance (FCC, CE, UL).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related.
• 8+ years in hardware design of complex electronic systems.
• Strong experience with schematic capture and PCB tools (Altium, Cadence).
• Expertise in high-speed digital design, signal integrity, power design.
• Hands-on with bring-up, debugging, validation using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
• Experience with manufacturing support, DFM/DFA, external suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation skills; collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecom, networking, or broadband access equipment.
• Familiarity with optical, RF, or high-bandwidth Ethernet.
• Product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Global/distributed engineering experience.
• Reliability/environmental testing, regulatory standards.
