What you will do

• Optimize platform for seamless trading and high-quality institutional client support.
• Engineer low-latency trading paths, scale infrastructure for market spikes, ensure rapid recovery and security against unusual activity.
• Bridge sales, clients, product, and engineering for new features integration.
• Lead projects to automate workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce risks.
• Build dashboards correlating technical metrics with business KPIs for executive decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to maintain regulatory governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology or related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years in trading operations or trade support in digital assets, FinTech, or electronic trading.
• Strong understanding of trading, market structure, and full order lifecycle.
• Technically proficient in managing/troubleshooting cloud-based electronic trading systems, system logs, and engineer collaboration.
• Proficiency in FIX protocol, APIs, and market data infrastructure preferred.
• Familiarity with risk management, digital asset custody, KYC/AML, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Experience in FX, equities, or derivatives.
