Location: 6-month contract position based in NYC (onsite)

What you will do

• Act as day-to-day project manager on initiatives, tracking milestones and ensuring deadlines are met
• Identify issues, implement solutions, and manage projects within budget
• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams and external vendors for smooth execution
• Measure and report campaign success with Ad Ops team
• Support Technical Producer with video/audio editing, CMS publishing, and live video executions

Requirements

• 3+ years in production and media, ideally at digital media publisher
• Proven success owning and managing projects of all sizes
• Video and audio editing experience, ideally in Descript
• Thorough knowledge of content, media, and marketing landscape
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously or collaboratively
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial and cryptocurrency news
• Ability to think outside the box for creative client solutions
