Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Generate and edit high-quality short and long-form video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with content leads, founders, and on-screen talent to shape narratives and bring ideas to life.
• Write clear, engaging scripts, outlines, and beat sheets.
• Repurpose and adapt content across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms.
• Optimize video performance using data such as retention curves, watch time, and engagement metrics.
• Experiment with new formats and creative storytelling concepts to grow the audience.

Requirements

• Strong video content portfolio or personal social media presence.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Strong storytelling instincts to translate complex ideas into shareable content.
• Experience developing repeatable content formats or series.
• Must be based in New York City for full-time on-site work.
