What you will do
- Define and execute the long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap for 's insurance portfolio across Southeast Asia.
- Lead customer-centric development of embedded insurance experiences for consumers, driver-partners, merchant-partners, and insurers.
- Develop insurance platform capabilities including partner integrations, policy management, claims experiences, underwriting workflows, and embedded insurance infrastructure.
- Explore new insurance propositions, distribution models, ecosystem opportunities, and applications of AI and automation.
- Align engineering, design, data science, commercial, operations, legal, compliance, risk, actuarial, and insurance partners across multiple markets.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team while promoting AI-native product development.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of product management experience, including significant experience in embedded insurance, digital insurance, insurtech, or insurance distribution platforms.
- Experience building and scaling digital products from concept through execution in complex, highly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of insurance value chains, including distribution, underwriting, claims, policy administration, and partner ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, execute across multiple teams, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading product teams and developing high-performing product organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
- Experience building platform products and partner-facing APIs.
- Experience using AI, automation, or data-driven decisioning in insurance or financial services.
- Experience working with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, regulators, or insurance technology providers.
