Product Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end one core crypto product surface: trading/exchange flows, custody/wallet infrastructure, tokenized securities/RWA, or on-chain settlement/payment rails.
• Drive product decisions analyzing ROI, partner demand, market structure, regulatory constraints, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs.
• Contribute to crypto roadmap focusing on B2B/B2B2C surfaces like SDKs, APIs, partner enablement, and reference integrations.
• Run discovery with partners (broker-dealers, fintechs, neobanks) and translate feedback into product decisions.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, legal to ship regulated crypto infrastructure from concept to production.
• Improve developer experience (API ergonomics, docs, SDKs) and operational efficiency (reconciliation, settlement, metrics).

Requirements

• Must be based in North America (EST)
• Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Engineering, or startups, preferably in crypto, brokerage, exchanges, or financial infrastructure.
• Depth in at least one crypto area: exchange/trading, custody/wallets, tokenization, or on-chain settlement, shipped at production scale.
• Experience building B2B/developer-facing products: SDKs, APIs, partner integrations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, compliance, partnerships.
• AI-native PM workflow using tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT for PRDs, synthesis, prototyping.

• Regulated financial + crypto-native background (wallets, L1/L2, ZK, settlement).
• Experience at crypto exchange, custodian, or institutional provider.
• Tokenized securities, RWA, stablecoins, institutional digital assets.
• US/global crypto regs (FinCEN, NY DFS, SEC).
