US Pay Range: $87,000 - $115,666.67 USD

What you will do

• Become an Exposure Management expert and advisor to large organizations.
• Meet clients to uncover security challenges and business drivers.
• Deliver technical presentations and live demos of hirify.global Enterprise products.
• Manage trials and POCs, mapping solutions to customer objectives.
• Answer technical questions and advise on security practices, compliance, and risk management.
• Leverage technical selling to engage stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize customer feedback and innovations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer-facing, security-related technical role.
• Ability to craft custom demos versus canned ones.
• Strong self-starter attitude and determination to win.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on business value and relationships.
• Strong communication for presentations to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative team approach and high emotional intelligence for stakeholder dynamics.
• Willingness to travel ~10% within territory.

Nice to have

• Prior Sales Engineering in vulnerability management or cloud security.
• Core network security and TCP/IP knowledge.
• Hands-on with Nessus and scanning tools.
• Experience securing AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Container security for Docker and Kubernetes.
• AI security knowledge for LLMs.
• IAM understanding.
• Automation with Python, APIs, Terraform.
• Compliance standards like CIS, PCI, NIST AI RMF.
• BS in CS and certifications like CISSP, CEH, Security+, AWS Architect, CKA.
