What you will do

• Design and build centralized monitoring, logging, and alerting infrastructure used across the organization.
• Leverage open-source technology to deliver systems for monitoring the health of applications at hirify.global scale.
• Develop high-availability stateless serving systems and ensure data consistency.
• Build fault-tolerant and highly scalable pipelines for observability data.
• Lead the adoption of new observability tools and practices across the engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and Golang.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and gRPC.
• Experience with data collection, querying, and storage.
• Must be based in the US or eligible for US-based employment (benefits include US 401k and healthcare).
