What you will do

• Convert AI experiments into reusable assets such as templates, skill libraries, and agent registries.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to automate knowledge management processes, including identifying gaps and surfacing insights.
• Create scalable frameworks and standards to support organization-wide AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are clean, maintainable, and easy to hand off.
• Support and enable the internal AI champion network by designing and delivering AI training initiatives.
• Continuously explore and implement new AI capabilities and tools to improve internal efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with AI tools, prompting, and practical AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping real-world AI solutions or automations.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience integrating APIs and external systems.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Workato, Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Experience building internal AI agents, workflows, or knowledge systems.
• Background working in fast-paced startup or innovation environments.
