What you will do

  • Deliver detailed requirements documentation for CRC-related projects.
  • Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams.
  • Prepare configuration guidelines for system implementation.
  • Support development and testing phases to ensure requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into application requirements.
  • Identify functional gaps in existing systems and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in international projects.
  • Proven experience in Customer Relationship Center (CRC) domains.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement.
  • Fluent English and Italian.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.

  • Experience with generative AI tools.
