TL;DR

Location: Remote (access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade)

What you will do

  • Lead and develop Customer Success, Inbound Sales, and Outbound Sales functions.
  • Drive month-over-month revenue growth and improve net revenue retention for the creator portfolio.
  • Build scalable processes for account management, creator activation, and outbound outreach.
  • Personally lead complex negotiations with top creators, strategic partners, and agencies.
  • Manage and mentor a small commercial team, setting performance standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on paid acquisition and influencer activation campaigns.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in sales or bizdev within SaaS, creator economy, or influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and closing commercial deals.
  • Experience mentoring or managing sales and customer success teams.
  • Strong operational discipline and understanding of pipeline management.
  • Fluent Russian and Advanced English (C1+) are required.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience with Telegram, paid communities, or creator monetization.
