What you will do

• Manage the segment month closing process and business segment FP&A.
• Provide timely, accurate, and insightful analysis for business and finance stakeholders.
• Contribute to the business planning process.
• Support finance and controlling development projects to ensure lean, high-quality solutions.
• Partner with support functions to drive business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant field of study.
• 5+ years of work experience in a comparable Business Controller role.
• Strong knowledge of reporting systems such as PowerBI, OneStream, and Anaplan, plus full proficiency in Excel.
• Strong proficiency in English for delivering value-adding information.
• Ability to work from the Espoo office on a hybrid basis (4 days per week).

Nice to have

• Experience with financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C).
